If you sign up for an account, we may ask you for your first/middle/last name, email address, phone number, birthday, gender, organization group ID, password for using our Service, vaccination status information, and national provider identifier (NPI) for authentication purposes, practice area, and specialty. If you log in to use our Service through a social media platform (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), we also may collect your personal data that is already associated with your social media platform accounts, such as your name, your email address, your activities, or your contact list associated with that account.

2. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Location Information. When you use our Services on the OSANG device, we may receive your precise location information. We do not share your precise location information, but infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, device identifiers, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, such as the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, payments you make, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We or third-party may collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. We or our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. If you delete or choose not to accept cookies from our Services, you may not be able to use some features of the Service.

Stored Information and Files. We also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. Further, if you choose to upload vaccine certificate pictures or files from your device, the websites or applications shall request access to your device's external storage to access these files.

User Manual of “myHomeTest” mobile application. We also provide the "myHomeTest" mobile application user manual. If you use the “myHomeTest” mobile application with “COVID-19 Antigen Self Test”, try to access the user manual onfollowing website address "https://www.osanghc.com/en/ifu/hometest/" and then review it carefully before testing.

Use of mobile device camera on “myHomeTest” mobile application

1) You will register the mobile camera for “myHomeTest” mobile application at the 1st performing the new test in “myHomeTest” application.

2) You will use the mobile camera when scanning of the 2D Barcode on the Test Cassette during new test procedure.

3) You will use the mobile camera when you save the test result in mobile deviceexternal storage during result interpretation procedure.

(But, Saved test result pictures are not transmitted to the end-point through “myHomeTest” mobile Application. The picture will be just saved in the used mobile device.)

4) You will use the mobile camera function for upload of the stored vaccine card picture in the mobile device to “myHomeTest” mobile application.

Use of Your Personal Information

OSANG collects and uses your personal information to operate its websites/applications and to maintain/improve/ enhance the Services you have requested.

We may use your personal information:

ㆍTo understand and analyze how you use our Services and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;

Advertising Partners. OSANG may work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you.

OSANG may access, preserve, and disclose your information without notice and your consent, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal processes, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. The disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. Consent. OSANG may also disclose your information with your consent.

Your Choices

Location Information. There is currently no way to prevent your device from sharing precise location information.

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Tracking. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

Third Parties

Our Services may contain links to other websites, applications, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their own privacy policy statements before providing any personal information to them.

Security

OSANG takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, we can make no guarantees regarding the security or privacy of your information since no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure. You agree that OSANG is not liable for the unauthorized release of your information unless such release was the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of us.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not designed for anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We also do not intentionally or knowingly collect or use personally indefinable data from anyone under the age of 18. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, you may contact us to assist with removal of such information and we will be able to help to delete such information unless we receive written parental permission to store and utilize the data.

International Visitors

Our Services are serviced in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you are a resident of another country or are accessing us from outside of the United States, you should note that you are transferring your data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as the European Union, the Republic of Korea (South Korea), and other regions.
